Terms of Service

ConferenceDB (https://conferencedatabase.com) publishes free lists of who sponsors and exhibits at conferences and trade shows, and the sponsorship package prices organizers publish. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. The service
The site is free to read with no account. It shows company-level information only: company names and websites, sponsor tiers, booth numbers where a show publishes them, and published package prices. It does not publish named people's email addresses or phone numbers.

2. Using the data
You may use what you read here for your own research and business decisions. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the lists in bulk, or copy them with automated tools.

3. Purchases made before September 2026
Until September 2026 ConferenceDB sold paid plans and data packages. If you bought one, you keep the right to use the conference information and contact data you downloaded for your personal or business use, and resale or redistribution is still prohibited. For a refund on one of those purchases, email ryan@conferencedatabase.com.

4. Privacy
The site has no accounts or checkout. What we collect when you visit is in the Privacy Policy: https://conferencedatabase.com/privacy-policy

5. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do.

6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
