Women in Agile Europe

Women in Agile Europe is a nonprofit conference dedicated to recruiting, networking, promoting, and supporting outstanding women (and those identifying as women) in the Agile community through speaking, blogging, and community building. The 2025 edition will be held in-person in Cologne, Germany, with a theme of Resilient, Adaptive, Unstoppable, providing inspiring talks, workshops, and mentorship to encourage new voices and leadership in Agile.
