Two sources are free: each show's own exhibitor directory, the most current list for one show, and ConferenceDB, which keeps exhibitor lists for 144 events with who came back. Paid sellers add names and emails, per record (from $0.09 at ExhibitorsData) or per show ($363.30 for CES 2027 at Expolista, $5,600 for Canton Fair at BizProspex). Apify scrapers pull a Map Your Show directory from $2.29 per 1,000 exhibitors.

You need names and emails
Paid sellers sell them in bulk: per record, ExhibitorsData from $0.09 and Exhibitrac at $0.40; per show, Expolista priced CES 2027 at $363.30 and BizProspex charges $800 for CES. The Apify scrapers return the contacts exhibitors published on the directory, and Kuration AI looks them up. Accuracy claims differ even on one seller's own pages, so ask for the sample before you buy.

Freshness for one show: the official directory updates first. ConferenceDB copies it on its own schedule, so a list for an upcoming show can trail it.
