Where to find conference sponsor and exhibitor lists
Three kinds of source have these lists. A show's own exhibitor directory is free and official but covers one show. Free databases collect many shows: ConferenceDB has full lists for 1,270 conferences and package prices for 860, and ConferenceGrid is free in beta. Paid sellers add contact names and emails, from $20 for 200 records.

Which one fits the job
You need one show's full exhibitor list
Use the show's own directory: it is the organizer's own list, and it has booth numbers. ConferenceDB keeps a copy with the history attached, for example the CES exhibitor list (2,020 companies for 2027, 1,259 of them also on the 2026 list).
You sell sponsorships and need a lead list
The companies already sponsoring events like yours are the list. ConferenceDB ranks them by industry on top conference sponsors and shows what other events charge on sponsorship prices (median cheapest package $2,500). You need names and emails
Only the paid sources have them: ExhibitorsData and Expolista for exhibitors, SponsorPitch for brand decision makers, WHR.AI for 10times data. ConferenceDB publishes no named person's contact details.
