Each conference page is built from the show's own public sources: its exhibitor directory or floor plan, its sponsor page and its sponsorship prospectus. Full exhibitor lists come from the directory platforms shows use (ExpoFP, a2z, Map Your Show and SmallWorldLabs). Sponsor lists are read from the logo walls on the event's own site, and only pages that belong to that event count. Package prices come from the prospectus or sponsor page, in the currency the organizer published.

Companies are matched to their websites, so one company's appearances at different events add up on its company page. When a list gives only a name, a web search and a language model suggest the website, and it is kept only when the live site carries the company's name. Industry and company size come from a B2B company dataset.

A daily run checks for new editions and new lists every morning. Each conference page links the sources its lists were read from.

Across the 834 conferences that publish prices, the cheapest sponsorship package has a median of $2,500. The full breakdown by level and industry is on what conference sponsorship costs.

Named people's email addresses or phone numbers. A conference page can show a role inbox that the organizer publishes for sponsorship or exhibit questions.

Organizers and companies can report a wrong list, date or price by emailing support@conferencedatabase.com with the page link.
