Free conference sponsor and exhibitor lists for sales teams
Sales teams that sell sponsorships or booth space, and companies choosing which shows to back, can use ConferenceDB's free lists. They cover the companies that sponsor and exhibit at 2,802 conferences and trade shows: 138,544 company listings, no account, package prices for 1,207. It lists companies, not people, so there are no contact details.
Disclosure: We make ConferenceDB. The counts below are read live from its database; the comparison with paid sources is on the sources page, with each competitor figure dated.

What is free and what is not
Free here
Company names, the conference each one sponsors or exhibits at, the sponsorship level, booth numbers where the show publishes them, which companies are new since the last edition, and published package prices. Read from each show's own directory and sponsor page.
Not here
Named people's email addresses or phone numbers, attendee lists and speaker data. Sources that sell contact files are compared, with prices read on a date, on the sources page and the exhibitor list providers page.
Where a list can be short
A list for a show that has not opened is still filling, so its count rises until the event. A previous edition read in part is left out of the new and returning figures; ConferenceDB states them only where the previous list had 20+ companies and at least half as many as this one.
Questions
Is there a free list of the companies that sponsor conferences?
Yes. ConferenceDB lists the sponsors or exhibitors of 2,802 conferences and trade shows at no charge and without an account, 138,544 company listings in all. Each conference page shows its sponsors by level and its exhibitors. Open the conference list.
Where do I get the exhibitor list for one trade show?
Start with the show's own exhibitor directory. ConferenceDB reads those directories and keeps 276 full lists of 50+ companies on one page each, A to Z, 86,459 exhibitor names between them. See every exhibitor list.
Do the free lists include email addresses or phone numbers?
No. ConferenceDB lists companies, never people: no attendee lists, no speaker data and no named person's email address or phone number. Sources that sell contact names and emails are compared, with prices, on the sources page. Compare the sources.
How current are the lists?
Each list is read from the show's own directory or sponsor page, and a list for an upcoming show is still filling until the show opens. ConferenceDB's counts on this page are live from the database as of 12 October 2026.
How much does it cost to sponsor a conference?
At the 983 conferences that publish package prices in US dollars, the cheapest package has a median of $2,095 and the most expensive a median of $15,000. See prices by level.
