ConferenceDB, live as of 12 October 2026. A show with several booth sizes counts once, at its cheapest. Shows that publish no fee are not in the count, so the figures describe shows that print a price, not every show.

How to read these numbers

Healthcare & Medicine supplies 99 of the 227 shows, so the all-industries median leans toward its fees; the rows above are the better guide for any other industry.

The median is the cheapest fee a typical show asks, not the price of a typical booth: larger booths at the same show cost more. Read the middle half as the range for the cheapest booth at an average show, then open the show you are weighing: its page lists the booth, table and space fees it publishes next to its sponsorship packages.

Sponsorships sold on the exhibit floor, such as photo booths, table drops and corner surcharges, are left out; they are sponsorship packages, not the cost of a booth. Fees quoted per square foot are left out too, since the total depends on the booth size.

To see what a show's exhibitors look like before paying, open its exhibitor list; to compare a booth against a sponsorship, see sponsorship pricing by level. Every list ConferenceDB keeps is on free sponsor and exhibitor lists.

Is it worth exhibiting at a trade show?

That depends on who comes back and what the booth brings in, which these fees do not show. The exhibitor lists on ConferenceDB show how many of a show's exhibitors were also there the year before, a sign of whether companies renew. See exhibitor lists.
