Read from each show's own sponsor page, prospectus and exhibitor directory, updated daily. Prices are what the show publishes: the package the company was listed under when we can match it, otherwise the show's cheapest booth (exhibitors) or package (sponsors), so the spend totals are a floor. Prices in other currencies are converted to US dollars at a dated reference rate.

One email when a new list names them. No account.

How to use it

Start with the shows that have two or more of your competitors. Their buyers are there, and a show your whole category goes to is one you get compared at whether you exhibit or not.

Then look at the package. A competitor that moved from a booth to a Gold sponsorship is betting on that show. One that was listed for three years and not this year may have found it didn't pay.

Open a show for its full sponsor and exhibitor list, its packages and prices, and its dates. Use "Only ones you're not at" to see the gaps in your own calendar.

Questions

How do I find out which trade shows my competitors attend?

Type your website and your competitors above. ConferenceDB reads each show’s sponsor page, prospectus and exhibitor directory, so the list shows every show where a competitor was listed as a sponsor, partner or exhibitor, with the year and the package.

How do you know what they spent?

We don’t see invoices. When a show publishes its packages and we can match the package a company was listed under (Gold, Platinum, a booth size), we show that published price. Otherwise we show the show’s cheapest booth for an exhibitor, or its cheapest sponsor package for a sponsor, as a floor. The total per competitor adds those up, so read it as “at least”.

Where do the suggested competitors come from?

First, an AI model reads your homepage and names the companies that sell the same thing to the same buyers; we keep the ones we hold sponsor or exhibitor listings for. Then come the companies listed at the most of the same shows as you. Some may be partners or neighbors rather than competitors: remove them and type your real ones.

Is it free?

Yes. No account, no email, no limit. Every show links to its full sponsor and exhibitor list.

What if my company isn’t listed?

It still works. We suggest competitors from your website, and you can type more. Any company that has sponsored or exhibited at a show we track will come up.
