5 read-only tools

The same data as the conference and company pages on this site.

search_conferences · Search conferences

Use this to find conferences and trade shows by topic, place, year or month, for example fintech conferences in 2027 or events in Las Vegas in March. Returns matching events, largest company lists first, with dates, city and country, the event's own website, how many sponsors and exhibitors are listed, and the conferencedatabase.com page for each. With no year or month it returns upcoming events only.

get_conference · Get a conference

Use this when someone asks about one specific conference or trade show: when and where it is, who organizes it, what its sponsorship packages cost as the organizer publishes them, how many sponsors and exhibitors are listed, and which well-known companies are there. Takes the event name or its conferencedatabase.com slug.

get_conference_sponsors · Get a conference's sponsors and exhibitors

Use this when someone asks which companies sponsor or exhibit at a specific conference. Returns company names, websites, role (sponsor, partner, media partner or exhibitor) and sponsorship level for one edition, ordered by how many conferences each company is listed at. Returns up to 50 companies per call with the total count; use offset to read further.

get_company_conferences · Get the conferences a company sponsors or exhibits at

Use this when someone asks which conferences or trade shows a company sponsors or exhibits at, or where it will be next. Takes a company name or website domain, such as salesforce.com. Returns the events with year, dates, location and the company's role at each, newest first, up to 50 with the total count, plus the company's page on conferencedatabase.com.

find_sponsors_for_event · Find sponsors for an event

Use this when someone organizing a conference, trade show or event wants companies that might sponsor or exhibit at it. Takes their event (a name or website, if it is in the database) and/or a topic and a place. Returns the companies listed at the most similar conferences, with how many of those conferences each was at, how many as a sponsor or partner, and a few of the events, plus the conferences compared.
