Which to use

Pick SponsorPitch if

You already know the brands you want and need the person to email, or you sell sponsorships outside conferences.

Pick ConferenceDB if

You sell conference sponsorships and want to see who backed events like yours, and what those events charge, before you pay for contacts.

Where SponsorPitch still wins

Contacts: it unlocks named decision makers at sponsor brands. ConferenceDB publishes none.

Reach beyond conferences: sports, festivals, nonprofits and creators, with deal data on each brand.

The Pitch Board: sellers post a pitch, and brands get an alert when one matches.

Workflow: saved companies, contact management and export, team feeds on Agency, and SponsorEngage if you want the selling done for you.

Questions

Is ConferenceDB a free version of SponsorPitch?

No. They answer different questions. ConferenceDB shows which companies back 3,131 conferences and what organizers charge, while SponsorPitch sells the people to contact at sponsor brands. Many sellers would use the free list first and pay for contacts second.

Can I use both?

Yes. Find the companies on a conference page or with the sponsor finder, then look up the decision maker in SponsorPitch. ConferenceDB does not publish named people, so the two do not overlap. Sponsor finder

Does SponsorPitch refund a yearly plan?

Its pricing page states a "no refund" policy and asks you to cancel by email at least 2 business days before renewal (read 2026-11-06). ConferenceDB charges nothing for its lists, so there is nothing to refund.

Which is better for trade show exhibitors?

ConferenceDB, on the pages we read: it has exhibitor lists for 930 events, and SponsorPitch's pages describe sponsors and partners, with no exhibitor lists (read 2026-11-06). Exhibitor lists
