What a team pays a month
Lower figure is SponsorPitch's yearly billing, higher is month to month. Each SponsorFlo figure is the cheapest plan with enough seats.
| Team | Pitch Prospector | Pitch Pro | Pitch Agency | SponsorFlo |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 person | $39 to $54 | $83 to $134 | $221 to $334 | $299 |
| 3 people | $117 to $162 | $249 to $402 | $221 to $334 | $299 |
| 5 people | $195 to $270 | $415 to $670 | $221 to $334 | $599 |
| 7 people | $273 to $378 | $581 to $938 | $221 to $334 | $799 |
Worked from the prices above. Agency includes up to 10 Professional accounts, so from three people it costs less than Professional seats. A SponsorFlo plan also caps partners: 15, 30 and 40.
Where each one wins
SponsorPitch wins on
Finding brands you do not know yet, seeing their past deals, and reaching a named decision maker.
Starting cost: one person can pay $39 a month billed yearly, and the Pitch Board lets brands find your pitch.
SponsorFlo wins on
Everything after the first reply: a deck in about a minute, agreements, payment through Stripe, QuickBooks sync, and proof of what ran.
Renewals: its Renewal AI flags every agreement 90 days out, and video analysis measures logo exposure.
If you sell a conference
A year of SponsorFlo Starter costs $3,588, about 1.8 times the $2,000 median cheapest package across 1,283 conferences that publish US-dollar prices. Neither pricing page lists what other conferences charge. The sponsor finder on ConferenceDB shows those prices and the companies at events like yours, free, from the sponsor and exhibitor lists of 3,635 conferences. It lists companies, not contacts.

Is SponsorFlo or SponsorPitch better for finding sponsors?
SponsorPitch. Finding brands is its product: a database of over 13,000 sponsors and partners with filters, deal data and decision-maker contacts. SponsorFlo starts from brands you add or import, and its Staffing plans are where someone researches targets for you (25 a month on the Partnerships Manager plan).
How much does SponsorPitch cost compared with SponsorFlo?
SponsorPitch runs from free to $134 a user a month, or $221 to $334 for a team of up to 10. SponsorFlo runs from $299 to $799 a month for 3 to 7 seats, and Enterprise starts at $2,700 a month. Both read 5 November 2026.
