What an organizer pays against what sponsors pay

A year of Spotlight billed yearly costs $6,000, about 3.0 times the $2,000 median cheapest sponsorship package across the 1,319 conferences on ConferenceDB that publish US-dollar prices. To find sponsors, the sponsor finder lists the companies already paying to be at events like yours, and sponsorship prices show what 1,679 organizers charge. Both are free on ConferenceDB, with no account.

ConferenceDB does not list or promote events for organizers, and it sells nothing. It reads the sponsor and exhibitor lists events publish and shows them, companies only.

Where 10times still wins

Reach: it says organizers reach "50M+ buyers & decision-makers monthly" and its organizer page counts "1M+ events on the record". ConferenceDB covers far fewer events and promotes none.

Leads: paid plans include interested-user messaging, lead export and contact details; Invites and LeadFlow add more by the email or the lead. ConferenceDB publishes no named person's contact details.

Low entry: listing is free, and Pro verifies an event for $50 a month on yearly billing.
