Best trade show exhibitor list databases for sales teams
For sales teams prospecting trade show exhibitors, ConferenceDB ranks first because 930 full company lists read free before you pay anyone. It has no contacts. For those, ExhibitorsData has the lowest published price at $0.09 to $0.10 a record, and Expolista has the clearest preview, at USD 417.80 for CES 2027.
How we compared: each seller's own pages were read on 2026-11-06, signed out. We did not buy a list, so quality claims are the sellers' own. ConferenceDB figures are live.

How we ranked them
- Can you read the company names before you pay? A list you can check first is the safest buy.
- What do you see on a paid seller's page before checkout? Company counts and a sample beat a sales form.
- What is the lowest published price? Per record where one is published, else per show.
What each one costs at real volumes

The ranking
1. ConferenceDB
It ranks first because the whole company list reads before you pay anything, for 930 events, in one format, with the other shows each company goes to. Lists past 300 names open with an email, still free. It has no contacts, so a seller who needs emails will pair it with a paid source below.
2. Expolista
Second because it shows the most before checkout: the company count, how many rows have a decision maker and a masked sample of 10 rows. CES 2027 costs USD 417.80 for 1,830 companies.
3. ExhibitorsData
Third because you see each show's exhibitor count and price, then a sample, not the names. It has the lowest published price per record, $20 for 200 and $70 for 750, and counts 1,401 events, the most of any seller here.
4. Exhibitrac
Fourth on price: $0.40 a contact across 258 trade shows, against ExhibitorsData's $0.10, with token packages that save 10 to 25%. It covered US-based exhibitors only on our 2026-09-30 read.
5. ExhibitLists
Fifth because it covers the fewest shows here, 150+ by its own count. A flat $149 per event list works best on a large show, since the price holds however many exhibitors it has.
6. Exhibitor Intelligence
Sells contacts at $0.35 each, or $299, $799 and $1,499 a month for 1,000, 3,000 and 6,000 contacts. It says it maps 200+ major B2B events. It ranks lower because you see contact counts and a sample, not company names, before you pay.
7. BizProspex
Fixed prices per event: MWC Barcelona 939 leads for $500, CES 3,070 leads for $800 and Canton Fair 24,603 leads for $5,600. A sample downloads per event. The price per lead falls as a show gets bigger: about $0.53 at MWC and $0.26 at CES.
Where the others still win
Contacts: every seller here sells them. ConferenceDB publishes no named person's contact details.
Event count: ExhibitorsData counts 1,401 events on its exhibitor page, against our 930 lists.
A file: the paid sellers deliver a spreadsheet. ConferenceDB shows the list on the page.
Questions
What makes an exhibitor list database good for a sales team?
Whether you can check the names before you pay, how many shows it covers and what a record holds. We ranked in that order, because a list you cannot inspect first is the riskiest purchase here.
How many records do I need from one trade show?
The exhibitor count on the show's page sets the ceiling, and ConferenceDB shows it free for 930 events. A seller with 200 records fits a target segment of a show; a flat per-show price fits when you want everyone.
Is a free exhibitor list enough for outbound?
For choosing accounts, yes: it gives company names, booth numbers and the other shows they attend. To email a person you still need a contact, from a paid seller or your own data.
How often is this ranking updated?
Monthly. Prices here were read 2026-11-06 from each seller's own page, signed out, and re-checked every 60 days.
